Shipping Policy

This policy sets out how BONND | BEYOND ships across India. The delivery timelines below are the ones already published in our FAQs.
Delivery timelines
- Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
- Other locations: 5 to 8 business days
Timelines are estimates and may extend during sale periods, public holidays or high-demand drops.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping applies on orders above the qualifying value shown in your cart.
- Below that value, a flat shipping charge applies and is shown before you pay.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional handling fee, also shown before you pay.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable on a returned order.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation. COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch, and orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking details are sent by email and WhatsApp. You can also track any order from the order tracking page using your order number.
Serviceability
We deliver to most pin codes across India. A small number of remote locations may not be serviceable, and COD availability is narrower than prepaid. You can check both for your pin code on any product page before ordering.
Delivery issues
If your order shows as delivered but has not reached you, contact us within 24 hours and we will raise it with the courier. Please check that the package is intact before accepting delivery, if it looks damaged or tampered with, refuse it and contact us immediately.
