COD Availability
- COD is available on eligible pin codes only
- Availability will be shown during checkout
- Certain remote areas may not support COD service
COD Charges
- A small COD handling fee may apply on selected orders
- COD charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped
Order Confirmation
- COD orders may require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch
- Orders not confirmed within the required time may be automatically canceled
Failed Delivery Attempts
Orders may be canceled if:
- Customer is unreachable
- Delivery is refused
- Incorrect address or contact details are provided
Repeated fake or rejected COD orders may lead to restriction of COD access on future purchases.
Open Delivery Policy
Customers are requested to verify the package condition before accepting delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, kindly refuse delivery and contact our support team immediately.
Return & Refund for COD Orders
- Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer, UPI.
- Customers must provide valid payment details for refund processing
- Refund timelines may take 5–7 business days after approval
