Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The size received is different from the order placed
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are available

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers
  • Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Innerwear or accessories (if applicable)

3. Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Customers may need to pay a minimal reverse shipping fee (if applicable)
  • Exchange will be processed after product quality inspection

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Product is out of stock after return approval
  • Wrong or damaged product delivered
  • Order canceled before shipment

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method or bank account

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
  • Prepaid order refunds will be initiated after cancellation confirmation

6. Reverse Pickup

  • Reverse pickup service is available in selected pin codes
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges for self-shipped returns may be reimbursed after verification

7. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share order ID and product images/videos
  • Our support team will resolve the issue at the earliest

9. Delivery Issues

If your order shows delivered but you have not received it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • Our team will coordinate with the courier partner
  • Investigation may take 3–5 business days

10. Quality Check Process

All returned products go through a quality inspection before approval.

Returns may be rejected if:

  • Product is worn or washed
  • Tags are removed
  • Product has stains, perfume, or damage caused after delivery

11. Color & Print Disclaimer

Actual product color may slightly vary due to:

  • Lighting during photography
  • Mobile/monitor display settings
  • Fabric dye variations

Minor print placement differences may occur in streetwear graphics.

12. Shipping Charges Policy

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • Free shipping offers apply only on eligible orders

13. Return Processing Time

Once the returned item is received:

  • Inspection takes 1–2 business days
  • Exchange/refund is processed after approval
  • Customers receive confirmation via email or WhatsApp

14. Fraud Prevention & Abuse

To maintain fair usage:

  • Repeated fake return requests may lead to account restrictions
  • Unboxing video may be required for high-value claims
  • Returns with missing items/accessories may be rejected
